 What:  Final presentation of the New Orleans Claiborne Avenue Redevelopment Study

In an independent survey conducted by UNO transportation planning students, the public were asked if they support or oppose the removal of the Claiborne Avenue Expressway.  The findings are eye-opening for the future of the Crescent City.  Come to this presentation to hear all of the results of this study.

When:  Thursday, May 12, 2011, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm (approximately 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minute public dialogue)

This was an independent study conducted and presented by the students of Dr. John L. Renne’s Applied Techniques for Transportation Planning, Department of Planning and Urban Studies.  This study was not funded, supported or endorsed by any governmental entity.
